24 hr cancellation policy

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. RosieGlow Skin Studio adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. *If you do need to adjust your appointment please change your appointment through the online booking system if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Children Under 12

Please note, for their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 12 years of age are not permitted at RosieGlow Skin Studio; anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services.

Returns on products

We hope that you will be delighted with your products, However we are happy to return products that are unopened and unused within 21 days of their purchase.

Gift Cards

RosieGlow Skin Studio gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Unused balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
