Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours are subject to a $50 fee. A valid card is required to reserve any appointment, and by booking you authorize us to charge applicable fees to the card on file.
No-shows — appointments missed without advance notice — are charged the full price of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Please call or text the studio as soon as you know. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your start time may result in cancellation of the appointment and a $50 fee. If we're able to accommodate you, your treatment may be shortened to protect the next client's appointment, and the full service price still applies.
For the comfort of all clients, we ask that children not accompany you during treatments unless they also have an appointment.
Come as you are — we'll provide everything you need for your treatment. Avoid wearing heavy makeup if possible, though it's not required.

Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, and excessive sun exposure for 5–7 days before your appointment. Your provider will give you specific guidance based on your treatment.
