From there, your provider examines your skin up close and builds a customized treatment on the spot, using exactly what your skin needs that day. You'll leave with a clear plan for what to book next.

Before You Come In

A little preparation goes a long way

Good to know

Arrive with a clean face if possible — no need to remove makeup ahead of time, we're happy to do it in-studio
Avoid retinoids or active exfoliants for 2–3 days prior
Let us know about any recent sun exposure, procedures, or medications
Plan for the full 60 minutes so we don't have to rush your plan

Do I need to know what I want beforehand?

Not at all — that's exactly what the consultation is for.

Is this different from a regular facial?

Yes — it includes a full consultation, so it runs a bit longer and is built entirely around your skin.
